The deliciousness of yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) depends on the combination of the meat and the sauce.The sauces, which have been passed down since the restaurant's founding, are prepared separately for marinating, pickling, and serving at the table.Lean meat is served with soy sauce-based sauce, while offal is served with miso-based sauce.At Daidomon, we marinate each piece of meat individually after receiving your order.
